PRE-Construction

Wally Construction works directly with clients to deliver a project that meets or exceeds their objectives. Beginning in the pre-construction phase, Wally will define and manage all aspects of the project, including estimation, project planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution. 

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Responsible for the overall coordination on construction projects, Wally Construction works diligently with the project architect and other consultants in order to provide an excellent experience for all involved throughout the project. Wally develops partnerships directly with client teams with the end objective of delivering safe, state-of-the-art, cost-efficient projects, on schedule and within budget. We strive to hire the best, most highly skilled and trained subcontractors to complete the scope of work for the client. Other project responsibilities include, but are not limited to, applying for building permits, securing the job-site, providing temporary onsite utilities, maintaining schedules and monitoring materials.
